The city<\/h4>\n

The urban layout of San Sebastian unfolds overlooking La Concha Bay. Mount Igeldo marks the boundary at one end, an unbeatable vantage point for enjoying the views over the city. At its foot is the Punta Torrepea, where the “Wind Comb”, a sculpture by the famous Basque artist Eduardo Chillida, is installed.<\/p>\n
